- 製品説明
- 送風機を持たないバーナーですので、炉内圧に制限は無く、高温の燃焼用空気も利用できます。大型ボイラーや焼却炉に最適です。また、ガス焚、油焚の他に混焼バーナー、切替専焼バーナーも充実していますし、特殊燃料にも対応可能です。
The combustor is a Mighty mono block burner with fan and oil pump unit removed. It has many special feature thanks to Hodaka’s original construction.

特長
・送風機、オイルポンプユニットなどの回転部分がないため、バーナー本体から出る騒音はまったくありません。
・エアーヒータによる加熱空気の使用が可能で効率アップが出来ます。
・排ガス再循環(EGR)による低NOx化が簡単にできます。
・炉内圧に制限がありません。
・油圧噴霧方式のため、圧縮空気や蒸気などのアシストは必要ありません。
・CKGタイプは、スイッチ1つでガスとオイルを切換えて燃焼できます。
・コンバスターには、標準のウィンドボックス型の他に、ボイラなどに組み込まれたウィンドボックスを利用できるセパレート型があります。
・蒸気噴射、水噴霧、EM(エマルジョン燃焼)などによる低NOx低煤塵バーナーも特殊仕様で製作しております。
・エアーヒータによる加熱空気の使用が可能で効率アップが出来ます。
